Investment Strategy
Flexible investment structures considered including acquiring minority equity at the project level, carbon credit streams/royalties, direct or forward purchases
Up to [50]% of initial capital to be used to acquire issued credits or invest in “already issuing” projects
Up to [15]% of initial capital available to “enable” early-stage projects (feasibility / pre-validation)
Balance of initial capital available to invest in de-risked projects (post-validation)
